Our Social Works
We believe in the wellbeing of our community. That’s why we spend part of our income in educating the underprivileged children of rural Bangladesh. Mr. Belayet Hossain, President of Dhaka Home has established Amzad Ali Model School in Chagoldi & Horina village of Nagarkanda Thana of Faridpur District, Bangladesh. The school is providing education to more than 230 local underprivileged students in almost no cost. The school is currently offering classes up to Seventh Grade but extending its curriculum every years. With the vision of Mr. Belayet Hossain, the school will soon have the complete high school curriculum. We are on the process of creating a self sufficient income method for the school, so the school can bear part of its own expense from its resources. We have recently planted more than two thousand trees of various fruits and wood, which in future will help the school to bear its own cost. We are in the process of creating a vocational training center for the local youths so that they can easily find a better way of living. We have a vision to establish an agricultural training facilities where the villagers can be educated on new agricultural products and machineries. Below are some of the photos from our school.
