Our journey began from a one bedroom apartment based in Las Vegas, USA in 2003, where we started to sell plots and flats for Bashundhara Housing to Non Residential Bangladeshis.

​We represented Bashundhara Housing and took their products to every corner of the USA and Canada, to thousands of Non Residential Bangladeshis living abroad. We professionally and legally served many of their existing and potential clients, managed and maintained every transaction of Bashudhara Housing took place in North America. Our honesty, integrity and customer service rewarded us with more than three thousand sales in just three years. Soon, many other renowned Real Estate companies of Bangladesh appointed us as their exclusive sales agent. We represented some of the renowned companies named: Swadesh Properties Ltd., Biswas Builders Ltd., AG Properties Ltd., SAKPDL Properties Ltd. We proudly sold some apartment products of Shanta Properties and Building Technologies and Ideas Ltd (BTI).

Our Mission

Our Mission is to provide one stop housing solution by providing a hassle-free real estate service to buy, sell, rent, manage, or develop real estate properties in Bangladesh to our customers living home and abroad. Dhaka Home has been providing real estate services to over 9,000 customers all over the world since 2003. We began our journey by representing renowned real estate company Bashundhara Group to the Non-Residential Bangladeshis living abroad. Our reputation earned us the opportunity to represent other renowned companies in Bangladesh. We have helped building a connection between the beloved motherland Bangladesh and the Non-Residential Bangladeshis living abroad. We have been helping our clients by providing Residential and Commercial Property Management, real estate brokerage, real estate development, short term and long-term rental services.

Residential and Commercial Property Mgt

We provide residential property management services. Some of our services includes tenant screening, collection of rent and service charges, rent deposit to designated bank account, utility bill payment, assisting paying municipal taxes, periodic visit to property and following up with tenants, monthly maintenance, security, cleaning, minor repairs, and by reporting quarterly financial statement to you.

We manage commercial properties including five hotels and resorts in Cox’s Bazar Bangladesh. Our hotels are Praasad Paradise Hotel & Resort at Cox’s Bazar, Cox Vacation Hotel, White Palace Hotel, Shakira Beach Resort, Praasad Paradise at St. Martin’s Island, and Jui Restaurant.

Our Charity

Part of our profit are distributed towards the education of hundreds of underprivileged students and building homes for many underprivilege families in rural Bangladesh. We have established a primary school and a high school at Nagarkanda, Bangladesh. We have helped to build homes to underprivileged families who lost their homes to natural disaster or fire. We believe that helping our society will help us to succeed.
